According to recent reports, the father of Jamie Lynn's baby is NOT her boyfriend Casey Aldridge. Star magazine insists that Casey may not be the dad, and that Spears' friends think that it's an older man who could be facing statutory rape charges. Family members told Star that they believe the real father is an older exec at her children's TV show "Zoey 101." "Casey is being paid off to be the family's fall guy while the real father remains unidentified," Star magazine released. It is rather convenient that Casey could escape potential charges because a 16-year-old can legally have sex with someone less than two years older.  He just slips under the bar, and that wouldn't be the same case with the mystery executive. . .
