Mischa Barton was arrested on suspicion of DUI this morning after she was pulled over at 3:00am this morning in West Hollywood according to Hollyscoop.com. She was also charged with driving without a valid license and illegal possession of narcotics. She is currently still in jail, held on $10,000 bail. I know they say that there is no such thing as bad publicity in Hollywood but Mischa don't you think putting innocent lives in danger to get noticed is a little too extreme??
