Some celebs like Paris may have problems blinking and talking at the same time, but not teen queen Miley Cyrus. Splash caught up with the multi tasking pro en route to yet another one of her sold out gigs signing autographs with one hand whilst clutching onto her adorable puppy with another and balancing a huge bag on her shoulder.
