Delta had grown into a glam young woman after her teenage health dramas.Kudos to her for not milking it unlike her other country girl K Minogue.who has "used" it for literally everything.Delta tends to glam look, and Kiera more to boho so a really bad comparison you made.Completely different individuals and styles.
