Brody Jenner should pay more attention to whom he's hanging out with: Kevin Federline and Paris Hilton?! I suppose they're all in the same category but Kevin's haircut really pushes things over the edge for me. Who watches The Hills here? I can't say that I'm rooting for Brody Jenner after he was pushing Lauren's buttons and sending all those strange signals. I could be the only one who's looking forward to the episodes coming out in the spring, but it does look like Brody has forgotten all about that drama with his current partying buddies.

Hollywood star Nicolas Cage has been forced to take his Bel Air mansion off the market after buyers just wouldn't meet his whopping $35 million asking price. Cage bought the house for $7 million in 1988 and stood to make a huge profit, but the 11,000 square foot Tudor-style home was on the market for over a year. Reports state that he has refused to lower the asking price even with no takers. Previous owners include singer Tom Jones and late crooner Dean Martin. . . I guess Nicolas can just boost his spirits by visiting another one of his properties in Bavaria or the Bahamas.

Reportedly Mel B. is going to be renewing her wedding vows in April 2008. Mel B wants to celebrate with husband Stephen Belafonte and friends and family, followed by an A-list party. A close friend of Mel told PageSix.com: "Mel is very excited at the thought and can't wait to bring everyone together for this special event." The pal said the most important thing for Mel will be having her mom and daughter Phoenix, eight, by her side. Since Mel told us recently that "I love Stephen. We've been sweethearts for years and he's a good man," I'm not surprised.

Frederic Prinz von Anhalt ("Prince"?) was snapped as he grocery shopped at Bristol Farms, and I guess that he has a little message for all of us here at Splash, and maybe you, too. But you know what? I have a feeling that the feeling is so very mutual. Oh, and one more thing: nice boots! I hate to stoop to these lows, but he started it! :P

Paris did her usual weekend partying at Pure in Las Vegas. I've been trying to save up my strength for the New Years festivities, but I know Paris and Nicky are old hats at the marathon nights-out sessions. But couldn't Paris have at least saved the sparkles for tomorrow?

Michelle Pfeiffer has said that she is ready to remake Grease-- especially if Jessica Simpson is in it. (What?!) I'm pretty surprised that she has expressed interest in the whole deal, considering that she said this about Grease 2: "I hated that film with a vengeance and could not believe how bad it was. At the time, I was young and didn't know any better. I hear it's a cult movie now." Michelle has been thinking of playing Principal McGee, saying that "She is fun and has some great put-down lines."
