Paula Abdul revealed that a crazed fan made off with her urine sample once in a doctor's office. The American Idol judge said that after she dropped off the cup at the desk, she was approached by the doctor and asked where her sample was.

"Well, this is gross, but I was once at the gynecologist and my doctor said, 'We asked you to do a urine sample, so where is it?' I told him that I'd left it out in reception and when he came back he said, 'This is really embarrassing but a man who works here is your biggest fan and he stole it.' Needless to say he got fired. In hindsight it's a funny story."

First mean elves and now stingy celebrities? Yikes! According to Autograph magazine's list of the Best and Worst Signers in Hollywood, Will Ferrell is the rudest celebrity when it comes to signing autographs. Apparently Will isn't a fan of stopping for eager fans, and he can be rude when he actually does. Tobey Maguire came in second in the survey. "Tobey has a bit of an attitude, but he will sign," said Lon Strickler, 49, a Baltimore autograph collector. "But Will Ferrell, I don't know what his problem is. He just tries to ignore people." Um. . . I can't believe I wrote that title, but it's true! Check it out for yourself: an elf in charge of replying to children's letters has penned at least 10 "inappropriate" ones and has sent them off to unsuspecting children in Ottawa. The letters are usually answered by "Santa," as part of the "Write to Santa" program in Canada, but these ones have been confiscated and are currently being processed for fingerprints. Oh, and just to remind you-- this photo is not of the rogue elf! I would say that I'd love to see a photo of him or her (who even wrote "bitch" in a personalized note), but all of the elves are volunteers from Canada Post. That scares me a little. Celine Dion performed her last concert last night to a standing ovation at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. I'm pretty impressed with her track record, too: she has performed 713 shows over five years. The fam was there this weekend to support her as well: her husband Rene Angelil and son Rene-Charles joined her on stage as the ovation went on. . . and on. . . and on. On another note, does her kid have incredibly long hair or what?

Britney Spears-- shunned from the Four Seasons Hotel? I can't say that I am surprised, really-- except for Britney's tenacity, maybe. After she was rejected, Splash caught her trying to get in the back way instead! She was quickly spotted by a staff member who told us that "She will be out soon as they are not going to let her back in." He was right. Five minutes later, Brit exited and headed back up to her home in the Hollywood Hills. Denied!
