Brad has been in New York promoting the Make It Right foundation and from the looks of these pics, he isn't going to let his birthday get in the way of helping New Orleans. Singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. Amy turned herself into a police station where she was formerly arrested. Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil is currently incarcerated and charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice, after being accused of trying to persuade a man he allegedly assaulted to withdraw from giving evidence during his trial.

"It had been speculated that police might have an interest in any allegation about his wife's potential involvement."
