Mischa Barton was arrested on suspicion of DUI this morning after she was pulled over at 3:00am this morning in West Hollywood according to
Hollyscoop.com. She was also charged with driving without a valid license and illegal possession of narcotics. She is currently still in jail, held on $10,000 bail.
I know they say that there is no such thing as bad publicity in Hollywood but Mischa don't you think putting innocent lives in danger to get noticed is a little too extreme??
Besides DUI was so 6 months ago.

Brendan Fraser and his wife Afton are the latest celebrity couple to throw in the towel after a nine year marriage.
According to a rep statement on AP, "They continue to maintain a close and caring friendship,".
The couple who married in 1998 have three sons, Griffin, 5, Holden, 3, and Leland, 1.

Jeanne Carmen, the "little country girl" who became a 1950s pinup and actress and hobnobbed with Frank Sinatra and other stars, has died. She was 77.
Carmen died of lymphoma Thursday at her Orange County home, said her son, Brandon James.

It seems that is trouble on the horizon as rumours of a feud between Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes is apparently brewing.
Fortunately it's not for the love of Tom, Chanel or whose more famous, but the for the affections of Tom and Nicole's adopted children, Isabelle, 15, and Connor, 13.
According to reports on Usmagazine.com, Isabelle and Connor are taking to calling stepmom, Katie Holmes, "Mom" and Nicole, well "Nicole'!
"My kids don't call me 'Mommy', they don't even call me 'Mom'. They call me 'Nicole', which I hate and tell them off for it." Nicole told presenters on GMTV.
How rude, TomKat should never allow this to happen! I'm with Nicole on this one!

It seems that Paris Hilton's bad ways have not gone amiss and grandpa Hilton has decided to give most of the Hilton fortune to charity.
Barron Hilton, 80, is set to donate 97% of his $2.3bn fortune to the Conrad N Hilton Foundation, set up by his father.
Apparently gramps is ashamed of Paris's wild lifestyle.
So with no lucrative fortune to inherit, where does the future lie with the ex hotel heiress?
I personally think Paris could make it as a drag act up in Vegas, but let me know what you think...
