It's official, pregnant actress Jessica Alba is off the market after her publicist announced her engagement to her umbrella holder/out of work boyfriend Cash Warren.

"I can confirm that they are engaged," Alba's publicist, Brad Cafarelli, said in an e-mail to The Associated Press on Thursday.

Despite her arrest yesterday for driving under the influence and possessing marijuana and prescription drugs that were not hers, The CatHouse Lounge in Las Vegas' Luxor Hotel & Casino tells PageSix that they are still expecting Mischa Barton to host their grand opening party

"We are aware of Mischa Barton's incident last night, but at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse Grand Opening at the Luxor on December 29th," a rep for the venue said via statement. Leaving the door open for a possible switcheroo, they added, "We will let you know if anything changes."

Who hires Mischa Barton to host a party? Was no on else available? If I was hosting a Vegas party my host short list would be all-star comedian Jim Norton, the one and only Mr. T. and work-out guru/all-around good guy and hilarious sound byte Richard Simmons. Is this a Keds promotion secretly disguised as a party?

Mischa Barton admitted to smoking pot to police yesterday after she was arrested for driving under the influence police told TMZ.com. Police also stated that Mischa had a blood alcohol level of .12 well over the legal limit of .o8 and that they found marijuana and prescription drugs in the car that were not hers. Wow Mischa, I guess if you're gonna do it, you might as well do it big.
