I'm a fan of Brit; but I would rather there be law outlawing cell phone use while driving. (period)

I have seen too too many close calls of drivers with a cell phone in their hand.

Brit, if you have anyone monitoring these sites for you, claim 3 things you can do to improve your attitude i.e. spend more quality time with kids, take them to the park at least once a week, and spend more time at home rather than in the car and out for coffee. Do you have a coffee or latte maker at home? Buy one please.

also, how did you guys manage to film her?? if you were in the car... should there be a law about chasing people and filming people while on road?? isnt that dangerous too??

if you were out of the car?? why are you on her way??? if you managed to get a picture... she surely wasnt driving fast enough that's why she can to text...

She was stuck behind a long line of cars while the lights were green, people can run out of there cars to take SAFE pictures if the traffic is moving at a slow pace (it is not illegal, nor dangerous)..and as you can see in the photos, she did not give a dam anyway. This is nothing compared to the speeds she has been clocked doing while being careless at the wheel (from what I have read?, and this is not coming directly from me. I am only commenting on what I have read and seen of her!). there is also another possibility that she might have been texting while driving..all the way until the traffic lights went red, hence another chance of taking photos of her legally and safely!.

to 19 years old:
Even if she isn't the only one doing that, does it make it right -- or safe? How many accidents have been caused by people "texting" while they drove? How many deaths? Even one is too many.

Just another example of her belief that she can do whatever whim strikes her.

If you're stuck in gridlock, texting is far better than the normal road-rage assholes honking, cussing, and flipping the bird. ;-)
