Brandy Not Charged In Fatal Car Crash

Spokesman Nick Velasquez said there is "insufficient evidence" for a jury to find the 28-year-old actress-singer guilty of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter beyond a reasonable doubt. The decision runs counter to a recommendation from the California Highway Patrol that Brandy, whose real name is Brandy Norwood, be charged in the Dec. 30, 2006, crash.You can check out the crash photos here but wasn't the family of the victim suing Brandy for $50 million dollars as well? Can that lawsuit still go forward?
Don't you read any other news websites? It's been found that the woman who died caused the initial pile up & brandy didn't cause the accident. The woman who died also was found to have traces of pot in her system.
And obviously the family can't sue b/c their daughter / wife was at fault & the case was dropped months ago b/c it wasthe deceaseds parents suing & they were blocked from suing b/c they are not residents in the U.S - they live in Egypt.

As ,We all know!!!!!!! if you have any kind of celebrety status ,You can buy your way out of killing anyone be it a citizen of our country or not. So why ,according to the report did Brandy fail to stop.Was it because like for all high profile people,the laws don't apply.All celebreties use drugs, all famouse's people 's kids do drugs and get off when they all break the laws of our country ,and why You ask???? because they can!!!!!!
