Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban have finally sold their luxury Nashville home for an undisclosed amount. The Hollywood couple who were under contract to sell were asking $2.45 million for the four-bedroom mansion on two acres situated inside a small gated community in Forest Hills. The 2004 property, just a few miles from downtown Nashville, Tennessee, measures roughly 8,700 square feet, with 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. A property listing described it as "Tranquil celebrity retreat. Private yet convenient. Recently completed, landscaped & decorated for most discriminating clients. Interior spaces flow freely & offer spectaular hillside views. Public areas open to covered terrace, pool/spa." A pal of the pair said at the time the house was put up for sale: "It was Keith's house - they probably just want to find a home that is theirs."
