The son of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, Nick Bollea, has been arrested and charged with reckless driving in connection to his August 26th car crash that left friend and passenger John Graziano with severe brain injuries. Police say that Bollea was street racing another vehicle in his Toyota Supra when his car slammed into a tree at "excessive" speeds. Also being reported is that Bollea had been drinking prior to the crash and has been charged with a felony. Bollea's alcohol level registered a .02, well under the legal limit of .08, but he is only 17-years-old and the drinking age here in the states is 21. The Hogan family have continuously stated that there number one concern has been the ongoing recovery of Graziano but in a statement released today hinted that had Graziano been wearing a seatbelt he wouldn't have sustained such severe injuries.
