Ok I'm not exactly what you would call loaded, but I thought with that kind of money, you would pick up a lot more house. Grey's Anatomy star, Katherine Heigl has moved into her new 'South Colonial' abode worth just over $2.5m. The property which has four bedrooms and five bathrooms is set on 3,690 square feet of land surrounded by beautiful trees. Now had Katherine done some investigating she would have found that Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman were selling up and have scooped it for $500, 000 less than this one and she would also have picked up not one, but two extra half bathrooms as well. But I guess what really swung it for Katherine was her neighbours. Not only do former colleague and Grey's Anatomy actress Kate Walsh live round the corner, but also Mandy Moore and Irish stud muffin Colin Farrell. I would have moved there too!
