Joel Madden put on his big boy clothes yesterday and confronted a paparazzi who didn't comply with his orders. While exiting his car (pregnant girlfriend Nicole Richie was in the passenger seat) the emo rocker asked the paps to back off and give him a little space. When one pap didn't give as much space as Madden wanted, the pap got an earful from the pint-sized rocker. I can't wait for Joel to summon more of his repressed teenage angst and whine about this on the new Fall Out Boy Good Charlotte album. Im sure all of you will be shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, but Amy Winehouse has canceled the remaining dates of her European 2007 tour. Amy claims she can't go on without her imprisoned hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.

"I can't give it my all on stage without my Blake. I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly; I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."

Kim Kardshian, resident red carpet walker and current holder of the most famous ass in Hollywood says $50,000 in jewelry was stolen from her at JFK airport in New York before her flight to Las Vegas according to OK! Magazine.

The swindle seemed to go down as fans and Delta employees flooded the girls for photos and autographs. When the sea of people cleared up and the girls looked down, their stuff was MIA. How'd the airline deal with it? The same they would with anybody's stolen stuff — information claim tickets. Her reps are looking into the possibility the Delta employess were behind the robbery. Delta had no comment.

I'm ignoring the fact that Kim K. somehow has $50K in jewelry because it makes me sick to my stomach but this smells like a reality show stunt to me. The only reason "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" got picked up for a second season is because of the writers strike so they producers needed something to keep the 5 people not watching it for her booty tuning in. Vanessa Paradis had a little more to be happy about than just Christmas spirit last night during the annual Christmas lighting ceremony at the Champs-Elysees in Paris, France. Longtime boyfriend Johnny Depp skipped the usual gifts of chocolate, flowers, cards, and lingerie and instead purchased a vineyard for Paradis as a congratulatory gift for completing her album.

He's bought her a vineyard to say congrats for her months of hard work recording a new album...Johnny bought the vineyard near the villa in Plan de la Tour, France, which he shares with the singer and their two children, Lily-Rose and Jack.

Thanks Johnny, like I need help looking like a bigger douchebag to my girlfriend when I forget her birthday, Valentines Day, Christmas, Halloween, or Arbor Day for that matter. More pics after the jump!

Yes, that is Kevin Federline, ex-husband of Britney Spears, on the cover of Details Magazine Power and Influence issue (on newstands in NY and LA tomorrow). Somehow K-Fed came in at #7 and granted it was for being a "good father" (jury is still out on that one) but how does a guy that doesn't technically have a job and lives off of whatever spousal support he collects from his ex-wife even get considered for this list? The only influence K-Fed has, is as the poster child for birth control.
