In a weird way, I'm looking forward to adding another celebrity to our crime collection-- it's been building up impressively. This time, it's Rapper Da Brat, a.k.a. Shawntae Harris, who was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. According to reports, problems started early Thursday morning at Jermaine Dupri's 'Studio 72' in Atlanta, when a waitress bumped into the rapper, sparking a fight. Things heated up and ended with Harris allegedly assaulting the waitress with a bottle of rum. And while it may not come as much of a surprise, Harris also was arrested in 2000 for "pistol whipping" a woman in a nightclub, which she pleaded guilty to and eventually was put on probation for. It looks like Alex Curran is still at it: Splash found her promoting her perfume on Oxford Street in London. Did anyone happen by The Perfume Shop today? I'd like to know when the celebrity-endorsed fragrances are going to slow down, at least just a little bit!

Kate Middleton went for a stroll in London yesterday with that same sort of casual vibe that Jemima Khan was showing off while visiting friends. I'm loving that effortless chic!

Most of us weren't very sympathetic towards Heather Mills' tearful interview yesterday on GMTV, but I have a feeling that Hayden Panettiere's sobbing will be better received. The Heroes star participated with fellow actresses Isabel Lucas and Hannah Fraser in a protest with other anti-whaling activists in Tigi. Hayden paddled out on a surfboard with 30 other activists in an attempt to reach a pod of dolphins who were being chased into the area to be slaughtered. The Japanese whalers foiled their rescue efforts by blocking them with their propellers, but Panettiere still got a chance to speak about the horror of the event.

"Dolphins and whales are probably one of the friendliest animals on the face of the planet,” she told Sky News. “It was really frightening. Some of us were hit by the boat hook. But in the end, all we were really worried about was the dolphins. It was incredibly sad. We were so close to them.”

I love it when actresses and actors get ecologically-minded. This is fantastic—maybe Hayden's words will spur some additional action and outreach! Picture by Kaloopy

Paris Hillton's costume may have been absolutely frightening, but Petra Nemcova's white stunner outside of Cipriani's on 42nd Street in New York was just divine. She went into the Roberto Cavalli Vodka and Giuseppe Cipriani party last night looking completely at-ease and gorgeous as an Egyptian goddess. Yowza!

Miss 'I love the pap attention, but I pretend I don't' Sienna Miller got a little cheeky yesterday afternoon, as she and her acting friends try to get their own back on the paparazzi by throwing eggs. The all giggled from the top floor window of a pub while taking a break from filming ''Hippie Hippie Shake''. Unfortunatly, the eggs missed and hit a passer by who then hurled back, not eggs, but abuse. Sienna and friends then scrambled back down stairs and back to work.
