Julianne Moore looked a little less than pleased to be snapped while she walked her dog in the Meat Packing District in New York City. I can't say I blame the lady, we all have those 'scruffy' days where make up and hair doesn't even enter the equation, and the last thing you need to see is a camera.

Kylie was snapped by Splash leaving her home in Chelsea and going to the dance studio in West London today. She stepped out wearing something that completely made up for yesterday: a cute satiny skirt, booties, and a interestingly-shaped jacket. Kudos to her for her age-defying style. Charlize Theron just bought a gorgeous new pad in the Broadway Hollywood building in Los Angeles. According to the Big Time Listings, the 10th-floor loft was purchased earlier this fall, and although the exact purchase isn't available, it's worth around $2 million. Am I the only one who thinks that actually sounds pretty low for a celebrity apartment? I know she won't be slumming it by any stretch of the imagination, but perhaps you know what I mean.

We've got the newest addition to our mugshot collection! Here is Da Brat, freshly picked up from Studio 72 Nightclub, possibly dressed as a clown. Definitely not a photo that I'd want to have circulate the Internet, but. . . when you allegedly fight someone with a bottle of rum, I suppose you take what you can get.

Heather Mills stated in yet another startling interview that Stella McCartney was one of the main reasons that her marriage to Paul fell apart. Speaking with the US Show Extra, Mills claimed that Stella had done "evil things" to break them up:

"Every single week Stella tried to break up our marriage. She was so jealous. Stella wasn't interested in her dad's happiness. I can't protect her any longer... she's done some evil, evil things... We found out she scraped my face out a photo when they were in psychiatric session together. The McCartney family is untouchable."

What makes everything even more interesting is that Mills claimed to have some "evidence" stored in a safe that proves Stella's "evil" tactics, and that she's not in a serious relationship right now because "I would not want to put anybody in this situation now." No sh**.

We saw Mel B. with her husband Stephen Belafonte earlier on as they boarded the plane for Toronto. Anna and I were hoping that Mel was headed on a vacation, but we found her here at Eaton Shopping Mall, where Virgin Mobile Canada set a new world record for the most mobile phones ringing in unison. Mel spent the time signing autographs and taking pics, but maybe the flight was a little long for her-- she dropped one's fan's camera while trying to operate it! Check it out below.
