Katie Holmes was snapped walking the ING New York City Marathon at mile 17 today. She finished in over six hours, and woah! does she look tired here. I don't blame her, and it's awesome that she gave it a go.

Update: The charges against Shia Labeouf have been dropped after Walgreens sent a letter stating that they did not wish to press charges against the 21-year-old up and coming star. Shia LaBeouf, star of Disturbia, Transformers, and the upcoming Indiana Jones movie was arrested on Monday November 4th at a Chicago Walgreens and charged with criminal trespassing. When a security guard, believing he was drunk, asked him to leave, LaBeouf refused and police responded to the scene.

Steven Spielberg went out last night to celebrate his wife Kate Capshaw's 54th birthday. The couple jetted off to the Waverly Inn in downtown New York along with their daughter Jessica Capshaw and two-month-old grandson Luke. Kate looked amazing for 54, and it's quite refreshing to see a balanced family out enjoying someone's b-day, wouldn't you say?

Superstar Madonna was caught looking anything but as she headed inside the Los Angeles Kabbalah Center in black track pants and a baseball cap yesterday. Madonna really lives in her warm-ups! It looks like her and Lindsay Lohan have just about the same low-key wardrobe figured out-- complete with cap-- and neither of them work! Britney Spears and Alli Sims were up to their usual antics when they shopped together yesterday without bodyguards amidst a media frenzy. Brit first hit up a tanning salon, afterwards going to The Gap and a children's shop to get some wintry things. After seeing the rather large crowd of eager photographers outside, two women took guarding duty into their own hands and helped Britney and Alli back to their car. But even this wasn't enough to deter them! Honestly, I would have been heading home at this point, but Starbucks was calling! The girls grabbed their signature beverages and made their way back to the Four Seasons. Finally.
