Dr Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who operated on Donda West who is Kanye West's mother, seen leaving the Larry King Live Show in New York City. Dr. Jan Adams, the plasitc surgeon who operated on Kanye West's mother, Donda West, and at the center of the investigation of her death walked off Larry King Live last night, saying he was honoring a request from the West family.

"I want to thank you for this opportunity," Dr. Jan Adams told King. "Basically, I had come here to talk about things in the press that aren't accurate about me. "But I have a tremendous amount of love and respect for the West family. They asked me not to go on. And I've said from the very beginning, I don't have a side in this," Adams said. "They are my side, and I'm going to respect their wishes. I'm going to apologize to you because I think I'm taking up your air time, but I will not be on the show and I'm not going to discuss any of that. I'm going to honor their wishes."

Sounds rather sincere for a guy accused of butchering several women to keep his mouth shut until you find out that the "request" he was honoring was a letter from the West family threatening to ask the Medical Board of California to revoke his certification if he discussed the death of Donda West. This guy should have just kept his mouth shut, issued a statement through his lawyer, and not gone on the Larry King show in the first place. Looks like Britney Spears has learned something and hired a driver to cart her and the kids around. We spotted the poptart and her kids being chauffered to the Four Seasons Hotel. She may have a driver but why is she constantly staying in a hotel? She has two houses here in Los Angeles. Do these hotels offer daycare or something so Brit Brit can hit the pool, bar, or the pool bar? And who the hell is she texting all the time?

Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, has lost his driving license for a year after being convicted for dangerous driving. The little Hogan was involved in a street racing accident in August that has left his passenger, John Graziano, in critical condition. Hogan was arrested after turning himself in earlier this month on charges of reckless driving and has been ordered to oay an undisclosed fine. A year suspension plus fine for driving 106 mph while drag racing another car and almost killing your passenger seems rather light to me.

An Australian freelance photographer has been ordered back to court to give evidence in Britney Spears' custody battle. The pap filmed video of Britney running a red light with her sleeping sons in the back of the car. The video is thought to have played a big part in a judge's decision to ban the singer from driving her two kids around. Now Commissioner Scott Gordon wants to hear more from Mr. Partridge, at a hearing on January 23 next year. Britney, 25, was stripped of custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James in September this year, after she failed to comply with a court order to take random drug tests. The Toxic star was eventually granted monitored visits with her children, but the boys remain in her ex-husband Kevin Federline's care. On Friday K-Fed's lawyer Mark Kaplan called an emergency hearing in the huge showbiz custody battle. The attorney is believed to have shown the court shocking video, filmed by Mr. Partridge. The footage shows Britney making an illegal left turn into oncoming traffic at a dangerous junction in Los Angeles. Federline's lawyer Michael Vincent Kaplan said of the tape: "She's not making any changes." Mr. Partridge was forced to hand over the footage shot in the early hours of November 8 after being served with legal papers by K-Fed's team. Britney's lawyer Sorell Trope has claimed the star was distracted by photographers' camera flashes when she made the driving error. "Ms. Spears was being mobbed by paparazzi at the time," she said. "She was distracted. This was not blatant irresponsible driving on her part." But Commissioner Gordon took the drastic step of banning the pop star from driving with Sean Preston and Jayden James in her car. The singer has now hired a driver to chauffeur her around.
