Sources close to the couple say Lindsay dumped Riley shortly after the two returned to Los Angeles [after Thanksgiving.] “She made it pretty clear when they got home,” says our source. “It’s over. She got tired of him pouting all the time. It was fine when they were in Utah, just the two of them. I am totally blaming the fact that I missed these pictures of Ali Larter yesterday on my Guitar Hero 3 addiction. Who knew a video game could be physically exhausting? I have spent days fake jamming in my living room and scalding my retinas that I actually think if I keep playing, I might go blind (Wow, I'm a loser). Potentially explosive details in the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline child custody battle were kept under wraps by an Los Angeles court yesterday. In a highly unusual move, Los Angeles Superior Court issued a 72 page legal document detailing the bitter legal wrangle - but deleted numerous of pages of sensitive information marking them "sealed and removed." The court ruled that the documents could be damaging to the divorced couples children Sean Preston, 2, Jayden James, 1. The bundle of paperwork contained the declarations of a number of people, including maids, drug testing officials and even Britney's attorney, Anne Kiley. The unusual move by the court is certain to lead to speculation that the declarations are explosive. They are thought to contain details of Britney's drug testing and accounts of Spears' life by sources in her inner circle. The other day I attended an event a little worried the bow on the back of my LBD looked ridiculous, but it appears I had nothing to worry about! Penelope Cruz looked stunning and dramatic when she arrived in an electric blue gown at Queen Sophia's Gold Medal Gala in New York. The floor length dress clung to every curve perfectly, and it was a great to see a happy glow replacing yesterdays glum face. Lindsay was spotted out and about in Hollywood last night with a friend as news hits that Raymondo Ortega has to prove that Lohan was drink-driving when she collided her black Mercedes Benz in to his van in October 2005. The starlets lawyers yesterday demanded the van driver provide proof to back up his $200,000 drink-driving lawsuit, asking him to back up his damages claim with hard evidence within 30 days. Ortega claims that she had been drinking at The Ivy restaurant in Los Angeles before the crash. He also claims the star was not paying attention to the road because she was fleeing a flock of paparazzi. Lohan says that Ortega's claims are inaccurate an unsupported by Police documents. She has already counter sued him and is asking for more than $75,000 in damages for the repair of her car and the cost of a hire car. Yesterdays move comes after a judge ruled the starlet must provide videotaped evidence in the lawsuit. I have a feeling more and more Paps are going to find their video used in court cases! The Beatles legend has bought the gifts for two female friends both recently linked to him, Nancy Shevell and Rosanna Arquette, the New York Post reports. "He has a ritual. He buys the same thing," an insider told the Post. "He's been buying a bottle of perfume and lingerie for so long, it's predictable. "He gives it to them even before they get dinner.
