Anna Nicole's former boyfriend, Howard K. Stern has launched a $60m lawsuit following claims of a gay affair. Stern who was the late Playmate's lover and lawyer, has taken legal action against U.S journalist Rita Cosby. Apparently Cosby made allegations of a gay affair between Stern and Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, in her book 'Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death'. However both parties have vehemently denied all claims saying they are lies. The New York Post reports that Stern is seeking $10m in compensatory damages and $50m in damages against Cosby, and publishers Cosby and Hachette Book Group USA. Stern's lawsuit says he has been falsely accused of criminal lewd acts, homosexual acts, illegal possession and use of cocaine, kidnapping for ransom and conspiring to commit murder. "'Blonde Ambition' purports to be a 'tell-all' book, but it can only be accurate described as a 'tell-all-lies' book," Stern's lawyer Lin Wood said. M.L Trope, a lawyer for Birkhead, has indicated that his client will also file a lawsuit. Oooh I can’t wait to get my copy!

Kevin Federline may have temporarily won the custody battle of the year, but all is still not lost for Britney Spears - if she cleans up her act. In the latest twist on the Spears v Federline case LA Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has granted Britney temporary monitored visits with her sons Sean Preston, 2 and one-year-old Jayden James. K-Fed who arrived a court sporting an unusual eye patch over his right eye went through a back entrance and was quickly whisked to the courtroom for the private hearing. Three hours later at 4.30pm, Federline emerged refusing to answer questions from the waiting media and just flashed a confident smile. Allan Parachini, a court official said; "The court custody order will remain in force," "Miss Spears and Mr. Federline have joint physical custody of the two kids, but Mr. Federline has primary custody. There will be monitored visitations by Miss Spears between now and the next court hearing on October 26." Mr. Parachini also mentioned that Britney's visiting rights would be in compliance with some conditions, but he said he was unable to disclose what those conditions were. "In terms of where the kids are, they have been with Mr. Federline since Monday," he added. "They will remain there except for certain specific days when there will be monitored visitation." Mr. Parachini said Britney had not been required to attend the court hearing - and he did not know the reasons for her decision to stay away. While K-Fed was arguing his case in court, Britney was seen seeking solace supping a Starbucks and cuddling her pet dog before checking into the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills. Britney you're not doing yourself any favours here!

A host of celebrities including Michelle Pfeiffer and Sienna Miller gathered to see the premiere of the fantasy epic Stardust at London's Leceister Square last night. The movie tells the story of Tristan (Charlie Cox), who tries to win the heart of Victoria (Sienna Miller) by venturing into a magical realm to retrieve a fallen star. Michelle Pfeiffer who plays the murderous old witch was a miilion miles away from her ugly character in a fabulous Zac Posen outfit and Christian Louboutin shoes. To get the "creepy" look, Pfeiffer had to undergo hours in the make-up chair to transform her stunning looks. "Initially it took some time getting used to. I think the most disturbing phase was the stage when I was half aged and half normal - that was pretty creepy." Other stars to attend the premiere included Ricky Gervais who plays Ferdy the Fence, Claudia Schiffer, David Walliams, Dexter Fletcher, Take That, Fearne Cotton and the film's lead actor Charlie Cox. Stardust opens nationwide in the UK on October 19.

In a continuation of the Michael v Dina Lohan feud, Papa Mike has accused Dina of being "fake" and putting on a front for the world's media with regards to his reconciliation with Lindsay Lohan. Although Dina claims she is happy with the whole affair, Michael stresses otherwise. "Dina, though, is painting this pretty picture for the media (that she's happy about Lindsay's relationship with me), but what she's doing and saying behind the scenes is a totally different thing." Hmmm, so is this all part of the act? We spied Dina furniture shopping with designer Douglas Wilson at the New York Design Center in New York City. Apparently shopping trip was was all in aid of her daughter Lindsay, who had earlier this year bought an apartment in the brand new Atelier building. Due to her new residential status in rehab, Lindsay was unable to be there. What do you think, is this the real deal?

Introducing Resolution a work of "art" by internationally acclaimed artist Anthony Gormley. I'm no art connoisseur but doesn't this look a bit, you know, like Lego? Or is this what they call abstract art. Either way whatever it is, it's gonna sell for a lot of money and make Anthony Gormley some serious moola. Hmmm, maybe I ought to jump on the whole "art" bandwagon. I have some leftovers from last night's dinner which if I swirl it around enough could fit the category. It can be called eye of the belly - an insiders tale.

Ha! ha! I know it's been a couple of years since Eddie Murphy and his ex wife Nicole filed for divorce, but I bet he's still kicking himself cos she is one hot mama! We caught up with the delectable Nicole and her NY Giants defensive end boyfriend, Michael Strahan at Nello's restaurant on Madison Avenue, New York where they had just finished an intimate dinner together. Judging by the bill it seems no expense was spared to make their night as perfect as possible. Apparently they ordered two white truffles at $350 a piece and enjoyed a $750 bottle of Montrachet wine. A restaurant spy revealed the pair held hands during the meal. At one point Nicole was asked by a diner how Eddie was. She then joked: "He's not very funny lately."
