Who needs court when its frappuccino time!!! Seriously, instead of showing up to court yesterday to represent for her kids, Britney Spears spent the day running around Malibu, stopping for gas, getting a frappuccino, and checking into the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. It's like she put together a to do list or a list of chores and forget to pencil in "court." Oops! Just when you thought there was a tiny glimmer of hope for the troubled star another obstacle gets in the way. Former bodyguard Tony Baretto has filed an official child abuse report against Britney at the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services. In the meeting he told social workers about what he had witnessed while he was employed by the star. Speaking at a press conference, Baretto's lawyer Gloria Allred said: "We have filed a child abuse referral," "It is our belief that the agency will conduct an investigation." Baretto has given several interviews since coming forward as a witness in the troubled pop stars child custody dispute. He claims to have seen Britney using drugs at a nightclub twice in the same night soon after she got out of rehab. The bodyguard also claims he never saw Spears take drugs in front of her kids, but did see her drink in front of them. Geez, talk about kick a girl when she’s down, is there no one out there that will support Britney? It’s no wonder she’s having a breakdown with all these people against her. Picture: PhamousFotos
