Britney Spears' request to have overnight visits with her two sons has been denied by the judge (shocker, I know) and apparently Britney would like the court appointed parenting monitor to be dropped and replaced with her mom, Lynne Spears. Um, bad idea since she did such a great job raising Britney in the first place (low blow, I know). Even though having her mom back in her life is a good thing, I have the feeling Britney wanted Lynne to be the monitor because she can so "no" to her mom unlike the real court appointed monitor. This blog has been surprisingly Lindsay Lohan free as of late because most of the stories out there about her condition and future plans are complete bullsh*t. The only thing that is true is that Lindsay is looking amazing after her rehab stint at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. She's currently enrolled in the outpatient program and I have never seen her happier. Maybe this rehab trip did a body and mind good! But there are numerous stories that Lindsay is looking to make her stay in Utah more permanent (unlikely) and that she's dating 25-year-old professional snowboarder Riley Giles (last I checked, professional snowboarders weren't fat though). What are you're feelings about this new improved Lohan and do you think she'll be able to refocus her career and keep her nose clean if she returns to Los Angeles?

Looks Kiefer Sutherland won't be the only celebrity spending Christmas behind bars. Former Lost star Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to 180 days behind bars for violating her probation and submitting a falsified document to the court.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered the former "Lost" actress to jail after she admitted failing to complete community service obligations contrary to a signed document stating otherwise, city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said. She must start her term by Christmas Eve. Rodriguez, 29, was also found to have consumed alcohol on at least three occasions while wearing a monitoring bracelet around her ankle, in violation of a probation requirement she refrain from drinking for 90 days, Mateljan said.

That's one less Z-lister for the paparazzi to hound in the parking lots of Hollywood clubs for six months. But I wish M-Rod all the best and I hope she makes a lot of new friends behind bars. Is it wrong that I think that all women's prisons are like this movie?

Britney Spears and her lawyers are expected to ask a judge today to expand her custody and visitation rights because she has reportedly been passing her random drug tests (can they be random if you know they're coming?). Specifically Britney would like her kids to be able to spend the night with her. If I was that judge (which I'm not, I'm just way too logical) I would give her the chance to spend the night with her kids if she complied with a few stipulations. First would be for her to wear a f*ing bra and stop exposing her breasts to everyone. We don't want to see them and neither do her kids. Second, she cannot take the kids out to eat or with her on a shopping trip so she can flaunt them in front of the paparazzi. They must stay with her at home. And third, the court appointed monitor must be present at all times. But, I doubt she will be granted any further custody rights as she apparently is not making an appearance in court today, sending her lawyers to make an impassioned plea on her behalf. Yeah, that'll work.

Jesus! I couldn't even imagine even trying to live a day in Britney's boots! She leads one hectic life! Splash and many other Spears snap-a-holics caught up with the star, in a revealing red dress and boots, as she headed to a medical center in Beverly Hills. Carrying a dressed up dog, she was most likely visiting for her drugs test. All appeared okay, but it wasn't a great start to the day as two photographers argued about how much space to give her, resulting in Britney and her assistant running scared. Part two of Brits day saw her taking a trip to the budget convenience store Target in Culver City. She popped in to drop off some photos she took of her snappers earlier in the day, but spent most of the visit with other shoppers trying to defend her from the cameras. She eventually made her way' to a Best Buy electronics store and had her assistant purchase a Canon camera and printer paper. Obviously knackered and hungry after her pap frenzy of a day, Britter's then made her way to an Mexican restaurant. I don't think it was the most relaxing meal she had ever experienced!
