Always one to take advantage of another airline screwing up, Richard Branson invited Kyla Ebbert to his party to celebrate Virgin America Airline's first US flight. You probably don't know who Kyla Ebbert is but you definitely know her story. She was the chick kicked off of a Southwest Airlines flight for wearing an outfit considered inappropriate for air travel. According to Southwest her skirt was too shirt and her shirt too tight. Not only does this mean that Kyla has probably quit her lucrative job as a Hooter's Girl to walk the red carpet full-time and pose in several lad and skin mags, but I think we have someone ready to challenge Victoria Beckham for "most painful looking breasts."

Beyonce Knowles and Samsung announced the launch of the new 'B Phone' in NYC today (who buys this cr*p?). It's exclusive to Sprint and available at Wal-mart (classy!) on November 4th. Maybe that luscious mane she has on her head was the reason for the turban last night?

Before you start screaming "Photoshop," that cat is really using that computer. It's a part of the "Cat Fanciers' Association Iams Cat Championship" at Madison Square Garden in new York City. Little 8-year-old 'Maverick' is showing off his computer skills like several other specially trained cats who will be doing everything from jumping throw hoops, ringing bells, to adopting Britney Spears' kids (that last one is joke. Maybe). Most of us here at Splash love animals and laughed over our very own lolCat creations while others are currently hiding under their desks in fear that animals have evolved past walking upright and are invading our interwebs in a bid to take over the world.

After skipping out on this morning's proceedings and realizing that her chance of getting more visitation rights with her kids was in jeapoardy, Britney Spears dragged herself out of bed and rushed down to the court house to stand in front of the judge. She didn't get as much access to the kids as she wanted but for now she gets one overnight supervised visit with the kids per week. Score one for the Brit-ster. I hope this is the last Britney post I have to do for the day.

I don't think I've ever mentioned it on this blog but Eva Mendes is hot. She's making the rounds for her new movie "We Own The Night," which also stars the Teflon wearing Joaquin Phoenix. She's definitely sexy and not pregnant like we I previously questioned.
