Eva Longoria looks like she is definitely getting ready to get her shopping on. The Texan beauty was enjoying an afternoon of retail therapy at the Lisa Kline store on Robertson Blvd. in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ one of the employees lost their head during Eva's visit - literally. Apparently Eva was checking out the screen which gives shoppers privacy came loose, hitting a chandelier thus knocking the head of the plastic dummy. Luckily for the legal team at Lisa Kline it was only the head of a mannequin. Phew!

Even with Prince Wills and Harry present, England failed to make the cut in it's decisive rugby match between South Africa.
In a contrast from their last world cup performance, England walked away the losers which saw the South Africans win 15-6, crowing them world champions.
Fans and players were equally distraught, but not to be a sore looser, Jonny Wilkinson, the England fly-half, said the Boks were worthy winners. “South Africa deserved to win – they’ve been fantastic all tournament,†he said. “We gave it the best we had and at times we got close enough. We didn’t feel we were going to lose.â€

Harry Potter guru, J.K. Rowling has confirmed that Hogwart's headmaster Albus Dumbledore is gay.
The author outed the master wizard at an event for fans in New York.
Asked by one youngster whether Dumbledore ever finds "true love", she replied: "Dumbledore is gay."
Now if I was that kid, I probably would have fainted. Well not really, Dumbledore isn't what you would call a stud, now was he? This is Boyzone all over again. You get caught up in this lie and whoop from nowhere he's gay.
Apparently Dumbledore had a crush on dark arts rival Gellert Grindelwald, whom he defeated long ago in a battle between good and bad wizards.
So there you have it kids, Dumbledore is gay. I'm distraught, well at least Santa is real.
What ... what do you mean he's not real?

You would have thought that with all that money that Sharon Osbourne rakes in, she could at least afford the cost of some home upholstery. Well judging by these documents, it seems not. The pint size judge is being sued by an interior designer and a pillow company who claim Shazza owes them more than £13,000 ($26,000) for a custom made king-sized bed and matching curtains for the Osbourne's kitchen and master bathroom.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of 'Beyond Pillows' and designer Cheryl Law, who kitted out the Osbourne mansion.
According to official documents, Shazza is being sued for "Breach of contract, fraud and deceit". Ooh harsh words there.
The document then goes on to say: "Osbourne thereafter repeatedly promised to make full payment but has thus far failed to make any payments whatsoever."
According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Osbourne and other unnamed defendants knew she they did not have sufficient funds to cover the payment on her credit card yet accepted delivery and installation.
Now in my opinion, Beyond Pillows et al are well within their rights to sue Sharon because they did do the service and trusted that Sharon would pay up pronto. As yet Sharon has not paid.
Ok, let's look at it from Sharon's point of view. We've all been there bought tons of stuff from the shops, got to the till and then some snotty nose sales assistant says, "Sorry your card has been declined". You know the mental maths, you got paid, took out your rent, bought dinner, fell in love with a pair of shoes, boots and a bag and then realise hey I have no money left til next month so you shamefully walk away making up a lame excuse like "oh that can't be possible, there must be a mistake", but you doefully walk away.
But then, you don't earn Sharon Osbourne money.
This is the woman who earns more in an hour than I do in a year (slight exaggeration, but you get my point).
Shazza do yourself a favour and just cough up. In future if you can't "afford" custom made beds, and curtains go to IKEA like the rest of us mortals. There's no shame in it ... trust me ; )

Cate Blanchett looked great early this month at "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" premiere in California, but she went in a completely different direction with this lime green and black number at the 2nd Rome Film Festival. I've read some mixed reviews for the film, but Cate
almost makes up for it here.
The close-ups shots are more flattering... take a look.
