Katie Holmes stepped out with husband Tom Cruise wearing something a little less demure than we are used to seeing her in. Although she's still covered up, that sheer top is a definite new addition to her wardrobe.
Is Tom Cruise loosening the reigns or is this a carefully calculated publicity move to improve her sex appeal post-pregnancy?

We spotted Leonardo DiCaprio in Paris, France with long time friend Lukas Haas (they've been friends since childhood) and the word on the street is that Leo is single, having ended his relationship with Israeli model Bar Rafaeli (the woman I think is a
definite upgrade from Gisele Bundchen, even though you guys disagree).
Rafaeli was spotted in Tel Aviv, Israel with hunky pro-surfer Kelly Slater who got in a scuffle with photographers over there and was
detained by the police.
This is the second DiCaprio castoff of that Kelly Slater has been spotted with, previously he picked up the sloppy seconds on Gisele shortly after DiCaprio dumped her.

I know all of you out there are just dying for a David Copperfield update. Now that the dust has settled from the
FBI raid last week, we have learned that they did not confiscate $2 million in cash. Don't worry, the rape allegations have not been disproved as of yet and we still don't know the contents of the confiscated hard drive.

Southern California is ablaze with wildfires raging from Malibu, to Lake Arrowhead, behind the Orange Curtain (The O.C.) and even down in San Diego. It doesn't help that the wind is blowing, spreading the smoke and ash all across the southland making it difficult to breath and dangerous to drive. If you are in one of the many danger zones stay in doors, off the roads, and be prepared to evacuate.
Stay safe, our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Remember the car crash that Orlando Bloom had on October 12th? Where his two female passengers left the scene with bleeding heads and one with a fractured neck? Well, the star could now face felony charges for briefly leaving the scene of his highly taped Hollywood car crash.
The Los Angeles Police Department is expected to turn the case over to the district attorney "in a week or so," according to sources. The prosecutors will then decide whether to charge Lord Of The Rings star Bloom over the accident. Bloom, was driving a friend's car (although some debate whether he was behind the wheel or not) when he smashed into a parked Porsche. He was still at the scene when the police arrived, but was caught on video footage initially walking away.
Police determined Bloom was not under the influence of drugs or drink when he crashed, but they are looking at the possibility that he committed a hit and run.
