To be photographed, that is. This fit actress as she went into her yoga class today in Santa Monica, California with more than just a mat. Yup, Jessica grabbed the golf umbrella out of her car and used it to shield herself from the paparazzi on her way inside. It didn't work well and it looks pretty cumbersome to top it off, so hopefully she stops and just goes back to being gorgeous
and nice.

Not only was
Paris upstaged by Ozzy, but she was booed this week when she introduced the new film
Repo! The Genetic Opera, in which she plays the villain Amber Sweet, at the Scream Awards.
Director Darren Lynn Bousman had told
Vanity Fair that "I have auditioned at least 30 actresses for this role. Paris came in and owned it - she is this role," but like most of us, I'll have to see it to believe it.
Do you think that Paris will do well in this new film?

Coleen McLoughlin loves her salon, doesn't she? I feel like I always see her going in and out of Barbara Daley's. We caught her today in Liverpool looking like she was in a bit of a rush, but that's okay--her fiancee Wayne Rooney's birthday dinner is tonight! It looks like she still has some primping left to do, too.

President Bush has just made his statement to the media. He says he has been assured that Southern California has everything they need, and that "efforts were well co-ordinated" to control the fire. He also added that he "wished he could control the winds" and that "he was looking forward to going to California tomorrow" (it's not a holiday!) He wanted the people affected to know that he would do everything to help.
I personally wish everyone who is fighting the fires well. Keep safe and we are thinking of you at Splash.

18 fires are still burning, 880,000 people have been forced from their homes, but it's being reported that finally the winds are starting to slow down. This comes as 3 people have sadly lost there lives throughout the ordeal. People are now being aloud to return to their homes, but many make that journey not knowing what they will find.
President Bush is set to make a speech at 4pm (in about 25 minutes) and we will keep you updated on his comments. Though in my opinion he is a little slack in voicing his opinion. Malibu and the effected areas would be better off calling Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to rebuild their homes and to provide aid!!
