It really sucks to be Foxy Brown today. After spending the last few weeks locked up for violating her probation when she beat up two manicurists, Foxy appeared in court today and got smacked with a 1-year jail sentence. "I'm not going to give you any more chances," the judge told Brown. "I hope you turn your life around and never again have to stand in a court of law." That should be a lesson to all of you out there. Don't assault people but if you have to, don't do it in New York. Wait till you get out here to California where you could probably drive drunk with drugs in your pocket and crash your car after driving the wrong way on the freeway on a suspended license racing away from a fight and still get less time.

Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles alleging that Hallmark has, among other transgressions, misappropriated her image and invaded her privacy with the cards, which are still on sale. Hilton is seeking $500,000 in actual damages and a permanent injunction barring Hallmark from further exploitation of her name and likeness. When I first heard Paris was going to sue Hallmark I thought she was just being a b*tch but after looking at the cards, I think Paris has a really good case here. What do you think?
