Michelle Rodriguez is beaming because she may have been in court yesterday, but she's one step closer to avoiding jail time if she can just get herself in gear and get some community service done. She was at the Los Angeles Municipal Court yesterday to discuss violating her probation from a previous DUI. Now Michelle has two days of road clean-up duty to face. . . can she handle it? She looks pretty happy to be going to pick up litter. Beats jail, though.

Brittny and Lisa Gastineau had a laugh outside of a fine art gallery after leaving Koi last night. Yes, they just "happened" to be giggling together as we snapped their photos. Ha! Lisa looks great, by the way. I could care less what kind of work she's had because honestly, I hope that I look remotely like that when I'm her age.

Yep, he occupied the same VIP area as Jack Osbourne and was in the company of a fetching blonde last night. Frankie Muniz reminds me of someone. . . is anyone familiar with the keyboardist of The Doors, Ray Manzarek? I wish I were joking, 'cause that's so weird.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden snuck out the side door in Mr. Chow yesterday, but we got some photos of them anyway. Nicole looks like she wasn't too surprised that we caught up with them, and neither am I. . . maybe she's glad because we caught her looking so great! Like the sense of smell or taste, is Nicole's fashion sense actually heightened by pregnancy?

Bai Ling was out last night in having dinner at Mr. Chow, and we couldn't help but notice her blatant leg tags (fine, Band-Aids) promoting her new book, Nipples. Ew to 2 things: the first "ew" is just for the title (oh, the visuals I get of all those past flashes), and the second is the state of those legs! I debated on posting these at all (just more promotion), but I had to share the misery of the close-up, below.
