I thought nothing cold top OJ Simpson getting arrested but apparently I was wrong. ET just broke the story that someone has put a hit out on Kevin Federline.

ET has several reliable sources that the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on KEVIN FEDERLINE's life. Multiple sources tell ET that the FBI made attempts to contact Federline to inform him of the potential danger.

I know a lot of people are thinking that Britney ordered the hit but I if anyone should be suspect number one it has to be that crying Chris Crocker dude from You Tube. He said it himself, mess with Britney and you have to deal with him.

Meanwhile Britney came under the management spotlight at exclusive Chateau Marmont after reports she was “acting weird.” And it seems “acting weird” doesn’t begin to describe her latest act of lunacy, which saw Britney stunning fellow diners in the posh hotel restaurant by smearing a plate of top-notch food over her face. Horrified guests were understandably outraged and demanded the management kick her out for good. A source said: “The diners were disgusted. You wouldn’t expect that from a teenager in a fast-food joint.

Until I see a press release from the Marmont confirming this is true, I'm not holding my breath. Of all the things that have happened at that hotel, smearing food on your face gets you banned? Come on.

Today is a big day for Britney Spears as ex-husband Kevin Federline's "secret witness" is set to appear in court and could provide damaging evidence or information that could result in K-Fed gaining primary custody of their two kids. According to K-Fed's lawyer Gloria Allred the witness is someone that has been in close contact with Britney and observed her behavior around the kids.

The likely observations from the witness concern drug usage by Spears in her home and in front of her kids.

Compounding the problem for Britney is that her lawyer, Laura Wasser, has quit and is no longer representing Spears. According to TMZ, Britney was a problem client (duh!) and didn't follow any of Wasser's instructions. Stay tuned, we could find out today.

OJ Simpson has been arrested for his little "sting operation" where he broke into a Palace Casino hotel room in attempt to reacquire some sports memorabilia that he claimed was his.

Simpson was booked Sunday night on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit a crime and burglary with a firearm, police said. The district attorney said he expected Simpson to ultimately be charged with seven felonies and one gross misdemeanor. If convicted, Simpson could face up to 30 years in prison on each robbery count. A judge ordered Simpson held without bail, and a court date was set for Thursday.

OJ, if convicted, could spend the rest of his life behind bars for burglary. Fred Goldman has to be the happiest man in the world right now.
