Helena Christensen is being sued by a neighbor over a wooden deck the Danish-born supermodel has built on her trendy West Village apartment. Elizabeth Panasci, who is suing Christensen for $1.75 million, claims the deck "blocks all light, all air" and is damaging her building. Christensen's spokespearson insists that the deck is perfectly legal. Doesn't this Pansci lady know that famous people, especially hot and sexy famous people can do whatever the hell they want?

Britney Spears gets to keep her two children, Jayden James and Sean Preston, but along with the Kevin Federline she must abide by several court ordered rules and detailed in court papers released today. The most shocking: *Spears is ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week. "Based on the Evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by the Petitioner (Spears). It looks like the court system took the statement by her former bodyguard that she had a problem with drugs around the kids seriously. Will Ferrell is back to work working on 'Step Brothers' with co-star John C. Reilly. The movie according to IMDB is about two spoiled guys (played by Ferrell and Reilly) who become competitive stepbrothers after their single parents get hitched. Sounds like a movie that only Ferrell can pull off. He is single handedly keeping comedy alive in Hollywood. More pics after the jump!

Orenthal "O.J." Simpson has been officially charged with eleven counts, seven of which are felonies and includes kidnapping, by the Clark County District Attorney for his little commando-like sting operation turned robbery. OJ faces life in prison if convicted on all counts and is currently being held without bail in a Las Vegas jail.

In what is possibly even more shocking than OJ Simpson's failed "sting operation," the jury in the Phil Spector murder trial has told the judge they are unable to come to a decision and are deadlocked. The jury has been sent home for the night and will reconvene Wednesday morning where they will receive additional instructions from the judge. WTF? Is this jury entirely made up of Beatles fans? I'm not saying he's guilty but friendly attractive women don't just roll up in your foyer and shoot themselves in the mouth with your gun.
