If a judge had just ordered you to attend parenting classes and undergo random drug testing because you're a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of drugs and alcohol or lose custody of your children what would you do? Hang low, chill with the kids, and maybe read some bed time stories? Not if you're Britney Spears! Even after the judge laid down the law concerning her ability to keep her two kids, Britney hit up Hollywood hot spot Hyde last night. I'm not saying she was drinking or doing drugs but hitting the town is not showing the judge, Kevin Federline, or her legal team that she's taking the judge's order seriously.

The big news yesterday was that a judge has orderd Britney Spears to undergo random drug testing in order to keep custody of her children. The court found that there was "a habitual frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by the petitioner." While drug use isn't a laughing matter I have been laughing all morning (I know, it's mean) at the fact that her and Kevin Federline have been ordered to attend parenting classes and have a parenting coach observe their behavior and interaction with Sean Preston and Jayden James. The parenting class ruling reminded of when Bart and Lisa Simpson are taken away by the child welfare agency and Homer and Marge sent to a "Family Skills" class (Season 7, Episode 3: "Home Sweet Home- Diddily- Dum- Doodily"). I have been searching the intertubes all morning to find the clip but apparently my Google-FU is not up to speed this morning so I have the quote below. Family Skills Teacher: There are a lot of little tricks to it, things you should have learned a long time ago. Such as, if you leave milk out, it can go sour. Put it in the refrigerator, or, failing that, a cool wet sack. And put your garbage in a garbage can, people. I can't stress that enough. Don't just throw it out the window.

That title was sheer sarcasm if you couldn't quite sense it. Splash caught up with the troubled pop superstar Britney Spears as she purchased a new pair of prescription eyeglasses in Malibu. Hopefully her new specs will make life a whole lot clearer and then the bad hair and clothes will go and she'll see herself for what she is - a mess! Later she was seen trying visiting her old Hollywood hideaway where she picked a buggy up for her sons. It took some time for everyone involved to work out how to get it into her convertible.

Another great set of photos from Hollywoods most popular couple - would you expect anything less from them? The gorgeous duo stepped out arm in arm on the red carpet as they attended the New York Premiere of 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford'. Has Jolie put on weight and got back her healthier figure? Because she looked amazing in a tight black dress and it did a great job of enhancing her assets. Agyness Deyn has been one of my favourite models for quite a while now. Her face is everywhere and I would happily swap my chipmunk cheeks for her chizzled features. The UK papers today have been awash with the news that Kate Moss was none to happy to see Agyness at the V&A show last night - because she has been billed the new number one model - which could see Moss knocked off the top spot. Deyn is only 21 and it's only taken her 2 years to hit the top. If Kate Moss carries on ripping dresses and partying too hard I don't think she'll have a hard job disappearing.

Can Kate Moss ever end an evening looking good? As she partied at last nights V&A party in London, it could have been perhaps her one chance to truly show off her model talent, but instead it ended with a torn vintage dress and her head slung low in shame. Kate arrived at the V&A museum, where they were launching their autumn exhibition of couture, with Mario Testino. Looking elegant in a classic cream vintage gown, she partied the night away with other worthies such as Katherine Jenkins, Thandie Newton, Jemima Khan, Emma Thompson, Liz Hurley, Prince, Anna Wintour and Quentin Tarantino. In total there were 460 VIP guests that attended the £1000 a head bash. Later the party moved on to the Dorchester Hotel, and it was only then the paps snapped Kate looking a little worse for wear. Her gown had a tear at the back near the bottom and at the top near her neck fastening, she took the clever and some what designer attempts to wrap her dress into a bow to cover up the gaps. I guess it wasn't Pete that made Kate look a state, she appears to do that very well on her own.
