We spotted Joss Stone wearing an "interesting" dress after her performance as part of the 'Dream' concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. She looks like she's trying out for the stage production of "The Little Mermaid."

Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan might be engaged. The two met on the set of 'Grindhouse' which Rodriguez directed and starred McGowan as a machine gun legged stripper. Rodriguez was and still is married but according to Page Six, Rose has been sporting some new jewelry.
