A lot of you busted my balls because I made a big deal of Britney Spears going to Hollywood nightclubs Hyde and Winston's the same day a judge warned her and laid down several rules, one of which was random drug and alcohol testing, that she must abide by to keep custody of her two children.The Daily Mail and People magazine have the details of what went down inside those clubs and it doesn't sound like behavior that person described by a judge as a 'habitual and frequent user' of controlled substances and alcohol should be partaking in.

The 25-year-old was first spotted at Hollywood club Winston's before moving on to celebrity haunt Hyde Lounge, where she danced on table tops until the bar closed at 2am. An onlooker told American magazine People: "They kept bringing her shots and so they were drinking. She was dancing on the tables trying to be really sexy, even putting a black sock over her head as a hat, and putting on a show for everyone."

This doesn't say that she was in fact drinking, she was driving after all, but if you had been warned by a judge previously that day would you go out dancing on tables (unless that was your profession)? If she really wants to keep custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, why doesn't go above and beyond the judges orders and stick it to Kevin Federline? If K-Fed doesn't get 70/30 custody like he wants, then he can't get more money.

If you thought the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline was out of control, take a look at what's going on between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards. Richards wants to ban their daughters from spending the night at Sheens house because she believes that:

Sheen has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children. This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise's shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children.

What is Charlie doing that's so bad? According to Richards, in his free time, good old Charlie likes to flash his junk all over the intertubes.

"[Sheen's]inappropriate behavior and conduct ... including and attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts."

Who doesn't flash their junk on the internet these days? It's like underage drinking, tramp stamps, leaked sex tapes, and bad spinach; it's normal every day behavior these days. Im not saying it's appropriate behavior but its not much worse than her posing for Playboy, lezzing out with Neve Campbell in 'Wild Things,' and starring in 'Blonde And Blonder.'

OJ Simpson arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport with his swanky luggage late last night, after flying in from Las Vegas where he was released on bail after 'allegedly' being involved in an armed robbery. OJ had a police escort to a waiting car, who then rushed him back to his house in Miami. Check out the dude in the back, behind him in the pic above. Those are eeeeeevil eyes!

This post is for all those silly sources at Maddox's school that claimed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie didn't 'touch' each other in front of them. Splash was up early this morning working hard to bring you this video of the couple dropping off young Maddox. As they leave the building you can see them holding hands. Yes I know, it's completely shocking news, but it will sink in. So it appears they 'do' like each other. (queue those who say it's just for the cameras) In the second video you see Angelina pick Maddox up without Brad this time and leave the school to a lot of fans screaming. As always Ange was good to her fans and made sure she waved to the crowd before getting into her SUV.
