The custody battle between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards is getting ugly. Sheen claims that his ex-wife Denise wants more children and asked him for a sperm donation.

"There is documentation that I’ll show in court revealing the request for my donation.”

Sheen is pulling out all the stops in order to amend the current custody arrangement that only allows him supervised visitation.

“I can’t be monitored anymore. The type of household that [fiancee Brooke Mueller] and I provide, we should be able to decide if we need help or not.”

In addition to unsupervised visits, Sheen tells ET he’d like, “an extra weekend per month, the ability to hire my own nanny or child care provider and no phone calls to the house unless there is a medical emergency…I don’t want to interrupt my time with the girls to run to the phone.” Denise has denied Sheens “sperm” claim but what's up with her and the supervised visitation? We all know about Sheen’s promiscuous past full of hookers and drugs but has done anything recently to question his ability to be a father?

Watch out Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, the celebrity perfume market is just about to get a little more crowded. The newly relocated David and Victoria Beckham are bringing their signature fragrance called ‘Intimately Beckham’ to the states.

"Why is this different from any other celebrity fragrance? The fact that (I) have spent a lot of time checking all the details," Victoria Beckham told Women's Wear Daily. "We are not just saying, `We are celebrities, put our name on it.' I love to be involved with the whole process."

The scents, which sell from $25 to $55, were introduced last week in Beverly Hills and will be available department stores next month and drugstores in January. How does Pete Doherty do it? Once again Doherty has escaped jail, this time with a stern warning to clean up his act or face jail time.

"If he does not show his motivation it's prison, as simple as that," Judge Davinder Lachlar said at the review hearing. "Depending on what information I have when you next come to court, the decision will be made."

Come on! Lock him up already. They guy has more failed rehab attempts than Lindsay Lohan and tested positive for drugs while in a detox program. He has numerous driving offenses, admitted to possessing crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana, ketamine, and lets not forget the numerous pictures and videos of him shooting up and smoking crack.
