Despite her near death experience, Amy Winehouse is STILL refusing to go into rehab and was spotted out near London with friends. The "Rehab" singer - I bet that song will haunt her for the rest of her life collapsed earlier this week following a three day drugs and booze bender. According to The Sun newspaper, Amy had been smoking HEROIN the night that she had overdosed. The troubled singer also revealed to her mother Janis that she thinks she's going to die young. Husband Blake Fielder-Civil who has a very public drug fuelled past has been blamed for Amy's demise and friends and family are deeply concerned. One friend said of Blake that he is a "controlling puppet-master forever yanking Amy's strings". Blake or no Blake, someone needs to force Amy into getting some serious help because at the moment the future looks very grim for the girl with the big voice. More pics after the jump

Hayden may have seemed fine shopping with her friends, but she had a police escort come and accompany her to her car as she left the Saddle Ranch restaurant on Sunset Boulevard yesterday. Whether or not the police escort was totally necessary is something that I'll leave for you to decide, but I do have one thing to point out: look at that grin. I was almost intimidated by Damien Hirst's bad-boy, skull-themed jacket until I saw the photo after the jump. The controversial British artist was in Berlin visiting friends, but he got waylaid by some fans who were probably impressed by his diamond-encrusted human skull sculpture rumored to have been sold to George Michael for £50 million.
