Uugghhhh!!!! I still can't believe this movie is getting made. Steve Martin donning the mustache to portray Inspector Clouseau is so disgustingly disrespectful to Peter Sellers. I joked about this when Martin got married and now its going to come true. If Sellers turned over his grave after the first one, they are certainly going "Weekend At Bernie's" with his body right now.Please, I'm begging you, don't see this movie. Now this is getting ridiculous. A day after being arrested for drug posession, again, rocker Pete Doherty has been released on a technicality. Apparently the police had 24 hours to bring Doherty in front of a judge, which they failed to do, and the charges were dropped.

“Doherty, 28, arrived at West London Magistrates’ Court today following his arrest yesterday in Tower Hamlets, east London. But the rocker later walked free after the charge was dropped because he was not produced before the court before the legal deadline of 24 hours. “A police spokesman later said senior officers from Tower Hamlets were ‘reviewing processes to establish why Mr Doherty was unable to be brought before the court within the 24-hour timeframe. It would be inappropriate to go into any further detail until the Metropolitan Police Service is absolutely clear about the exact sequence of events,’ the spokesman said.

There is no question that Pete Doherty needs help and jail isn't the answer but something needs to be done to wake this guy up. How many more times is this guy going to waltz out of court after beating another drug charge or getting probation? The British police should just follow him around. It's only a matter of time for Doherty to screw up again. More pics after the jump!

Yesterday we brought you the pictures of Lindsay Lohan out for a hike with her Cirque Lodge rehab pals in the Sundance, Utah wilderness and today we have the video for you. Lindsay Looks great and seems to be enjoying her time at the Cirque Lodge but apparently her father is a little p*ssed off with the treatment she's receiving because she's allowed to leave the facility groundsm, telling Extra TV

"Does Betty Ford let its people out? Absolutely not! I’m upset about this. They should never let any patient out."

Whoa Michael, back up. It's not like she just walked out the front door to go shopping or grab a bite to eat with some friends. She's on a group hike accompanied by her rehab mates and counselors. WTF is going to happen in the woods? Is a bear going to try and sell her some coke? Maybe the deer have an underground still and will tempt Lindsay with their delicious but potentially blinding moonshine? Besides Michael, its Utah! A Mormon state that tightley regulates their alcohol sales and where it is impossible to get trashed because they only serve 3.2 beer. Do you know how many of those lower alcohol beers a seasoned professional like Lindsay would have to put back to even get close to a buzz? 273. So keep your mouth shut when Lindsay is under the care and supervision of a professional. You should be worrying about her behavior when she gets out and is free to socialize with her friends and more importantly under the watchful eye of you and your ex-wife. You guys did such a great time the last time she got out.
