Kirsten Dunst joined millions of New Yorkers in the right of passage known has getting robbed (My robbery cherry got popped when I was 13 outside the Nathan's Hot Dog in Yonkers, NY. Ah the memories). Two thieves slipped in to Dunst's Soho Grand Hotel room, where the snaggle-toothed star is staying, and helped themselves to a few of her personal belongings.
Darting into the suite through an open door, the thieves grabbed designer bags, $2,500 in cash, credit and ID cards, two digital cameras, a cell phone and an iPod music player, court records show. A surveillance camera captured the burglars leaving the hotel with the items.
One suspect, Jarrod Beinerman, 33, was being held on $50,000 bond after being arraigned in a Manhattan court Wednesday on burglary and grand larceny charges. He had been arrested after going to a Brooklyn court for an unrelated case Tuesday.
I have a personal vendetta towards Kirsten Dunst so I don't really feel for her. Seriously, Kirsten. Your hotel room has a safe, use it.

Have Lindsay Lohan's fears that her little sister will copy her wild ways been realised? Ali at the young age of 13 years has reportedly been involved in her own car crash drama. Ali Lohan was caught up in a minor car accident near her Long Island home, according to U.S reports. The accident happened after Ali reportedly snuck out of the family home in Merrick, New York, last Friday night.
"Ali had snuck out of the house to be with her friend, a 16-year-old boy who has a learner's permit," an insider told InTouch Weekly. "He had taken the car without his mother's permission. Luckily she was not hurt." Nassau County Police have not released any information on the incident, or confirmed Ali Lohan's involvement. "We don't normally comment on traffic accidents unless there is a death or serious injury," Lt. Kevin Smith said.

We all thought that when Reese started exercising after her split from hubby Ryan that it was just a case of 'I'm going to look great for my ex' syndrome. But it hasn't been so. Witherspoon has continued to train and looking great doing so. Splash spotted the star jogging with a girlfriend yesterday in California.

Ex beach bod David Hasslehoff has won a libel action over claims he was drunk and abusive in a Hollywood nightclub. The current America's Got Talent presenter won his case against OK! magazine, who claimed he was "off his face". The Hoff wanted it to be known that "he has and continues to abstain from alcohol", and it was actually his kids that felt he should take action.

In keeping with wanna be jail bird theme...
As if the whole Nicole Ritchie thing wasn't enough to stomach, we have yet more news of another celeb avoiding a proper sentence just because of who she is.
Despite having SEVEN misdemeanors under hr belt including fleeing away from a crime and driving under the influence, the Mean Girls actress was sentenced to ... wait for it... you're gonna love this one - 2 FRICKING hours jail time and 10 hours community service! Are these judges smoking yayo! No doubt she's probably gonna serve 1 hour which will involve her taking her mug shot and processing papers and then whoop dee doo her sentence is over.
