Possibly. A suspected peeping tom was tied to a tree this weekend to await the cops after he was allegedly caught spying on campers. But this may not be the first time, because the campers told officials that they recognized Richard H. Berkey, 63, from a similar incident last year at an Oregon campground. This year, the campers heard rustling near the womens' outdoor toilet area, ran after the suspect, and captured him. "I just didn't think it was that big of a deal," Berkey told KGW-TV in Portland. That's a thought for anyone who's heading out for a little late August camping, huh? As if peeing in the woods wasn't bad enough already.
