Miley Cyrus is probably the sweetest girl in the world and has one of the most popular shows on television with record sales that make Kanye West jealous but what the hell is she wearing? Her dress looks like something Kylie Minogue vomited up.

We joke a lot about Britney Spears being a bad mom with the hole near baby drop, driving with Sean Preston sitting on her lap, Sean Preston falling out of his high chair, the endless partying, visit to rehab, public battles with ex-husband Kevin Federline, the constant smoking, feeding the kids soda, coffee, bubble gum, referring to them as mistakes, pawning them off on nannies, attempted teeth whitening, arguments with her mom, lesbian sex romps, and hotel pool hookups (did I leave anything out?).
But we don't know how much of this, except the stuff we have pictures of, is true but it looks like we just might find out. The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is conducting and active investigation into the reports of Britney Spears handling of her children and being investigated for possible child abuse.
Even if all of the stories are false, just being investigated by Child Services could be all Kevin Federline needs to gain full custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston.
What do you guys think? Is Britney as bad as a parent as we've joked about? Worse? Or is it all made up? Personally I don't think she's a bad mom, I think it has a lot to do with her being immature and uninformed. I guess I lean more towards the negligent side of the story.

Nick Bolleo aka Nick Hogan, the Son of wrestler Hulk Hogan was treated and released from the hospital after his car crash but his passenger, John Graziano, is still clinging to life.
According to his grandmother Catherine Graziano, he had just returned from serving in Iraq with the U.S. Marines and spoke to Johns father who said he may have suffered brain damage.
"He said it doesn't look good," Catherine Graziano said. "He was very incoherent."
He went all the way to Iraq and put his life on the line everyday fighting insurgents and avoiding IED's only to end up in car wreck, possibly with brain damage, when he got back home.
The worst part is Nick was possibly street racing when he lost control of the car and slammed into a palm tree.

Emmy Rossum and most of the stunning women that attended the 2007 Teen Choice Awards have one thing in common, they wore short dresses that revealed their legs. Emmy has a great set of legs and smartly showed them off.
I still have no idea who she is though but so far with her and Sophia Bush walking the carpet, who needs Britney, Paris, and Lindsay?

Now that the summer is ending we're getting back into all these award type shows so I guess I am going to have to do some more fashion breakdowns. If you're not familiar with my fashion eye, well, I'm clueless. I wear flip-flops every day of the year, no matter the occasion or the weather.
First up, Sophia Bush. She's hot. Really hot. Sophia has a great body, amazing legs, and wisely chose a form fitting dress. Was there a hotter chick at the Teen Choice Awards last night? I think not.
