The darling Emma Watson who plays Hermione Granger in the 'Harry Potter' series visited the CBS Studios for a taping of 'The Late Show with David Letterman' in midtown Manhattan, New York yesterday. So far, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," has made a whopping $44.8 million, the best single-day gross ever for a movie on a Wednesday (that total does include the $12 million made from the midnight showings on Tuesday). While things between Kevin Federline and Britney Spears look like they're going to take a turn for the worse (if that's possible), somehow K-Fed has managed to land a new girlfriend, Los Angeles hip-hop radio DJ Liz Hernandez, better known as "Luscious Liz," according to the National Enquirer.

“Kevin is definitely thrilled with Liz,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “He talks about her all the time- how smart she is, how she’s marketed herself so well, and how beautiful she is. He’s serious about her.”

There it is folks. We have all openly asked how K-Fed tricked Britney into dating him and there it is. That is exactly the same charm and flattery that landed Britney. Things between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have gotten so bad that they have both hired private investigators to dig up dirt on each other according to the National Enquirer and they both plan to use the seedy details in the custody battle for their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Ever since Britney left rehab, rumors have been swirling that she was back on the bottle and has been linked to everyone from her rehab counselor, to her manny, to record producers, and her bodyguard.

“Just days out of rehab, Britney was spotted at the Bridge Restaurant & Lounge eating steak and drinking red wine,” said the source. “Britney enjoyed the sake so much at a Japanese restaurant she ate there three nights in a row, drinking and laughing through each meal.” Then she was spotted at Teddy’s, a trendy Hollywood lounge, as well as at the nightclubs Les Deux and Joseph’s – where on June 11 she failed to notice that the shoulder of her green satin dress slipped, exposing her breast. Kevin’s pals say he knows through his investigator that Britney has a companion who’s going on liquor runs for her- and that the singer has stumbled drunk out of a number of clubs in the past. Kevin’s pals also say he plans to bring up that Britney allegedly walks around her house topless or naked and doesn’t care who notices.

While that sounds bad for Britney, she has a P.I. of her own who has been digging up the dirt on Kevin from sex parties, drug use, to drinking while he has custody of their children.

“Britney was informed that Kevin has had several pals visit his home while he has the boys- and his friends are welcome to drink, smoke marijuana and party with half-naked girls,” disclosed the source. “And he has had several girls over for one night stands. The boys don’t ever come out of their rooms, and no one is allowed back in their rooms.”

If their divorce gets ugly and the custody battle is taken to court, I really hope they let cameras in the courtroom. This will make the OJ Simpson trial and Anna Nicole Smith circus look like C-SPAN. Someone make this happen.
