Splash are never one to miss a trick! While hoards of paps got stuck in their own traffic jam trying to grab shots of Victoria Beckham, we were up in the air grabbing our very own 'Exclusive' angle. Driving in her own car and followed by more than twenty photographers and reporters to an ultra modern house, Victoria had headed to the Hollywood Hills to tape an interview. Later she was seen posing for photographs beside a glistening pool with the L.A landscape disappearing behind her.

Shhh! Don't mention the words 'chicken' 'southern' or 'Justin' - It will cause a Britney stampead! Justin Timberlake finally got to enjoy the grand opening of his restaurant 'Southern Hospitality' along side his family in NYC lastnight. Helping to bring a taste of Memphis to New York, the Upper East Side eatery's menu reportedly includes a string of dishes taken from Timberlake family recipes. Opened with pals Eytan Sugarman and Trace Ayala, the restaurant is decorated with antiques from Memphis flea markets. Hopefully it will a bigger success than Britney Spears effort back in 2002, whose restaurant NYLA opened and closed all within 4 months. More pics after the jump

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo returned to L.A yesterday via LAX after a pointless trip to NYC to attend the grand opening of a residential apartment building in NYC (wow, those big red carpet events are really banging down the door for this couple). But Nick and Vanessa still enjoyed a touch of the high life, as they hailed down there own limo at the airport while posing with as many designers bags as they could hold.
