Our Splash ex-pats employees will be jealous when they see that Splash exclusively snapped Posh and Becks receiving a huge hamper overflowing with English goodies to stop them getting homesick. It was presented to the couple by English ex-pat pub 'Ye Old Kings Head' in Santa Monica, who said they wanted to give the couple a taste of home as they start a new life in America. Pub manager Lisa Powers, originally from Birmingham in the UK, was pictured delivering the basket to the new Beckingham Palace in Beverly Hills. "We wanted to make them feel welcome, a lot of punters at the pub are Brits and although it's great living out here we all miss England and get homesick. Sometimes you could kill for a good cup of tea." "We put in all the fine English staple items like Yorkshire Gold tea, Heinz Baked Beans and spaghetti for the children. We also put in the best savoury stuff like jam, Branston pickle, Coleman's mustard and HP sauce for their bacon butties.For the children there are all the Cadburys chocolate bars and then all the flavours of Walkers crisps and Hoola-hoops." The delivery arrived just in time for a huge 'Welcome to America' bash that Posh and Becks have planned for their new Hollywood neighbours this weekend. So with the a little help from the hamper it could end up as Tinsel Town's first English tea party!

David Beckham was spotted enjoying his brand new Lincoln Navigator on his way to the Los Angeles Galaxy training ground. The Lincoln takes its place alongside a new Bentley Continental GT, a Cadillac Escalade and a Hummer H2 - all with matching accessories by DUB. But his new range of cars are not the only thing David Beckham is getting his hands on, the new star of the Los Angeles Galaxy will have his day-to-day training and progress with the club featured in the 13-part weekly show. Becks new show will be called 'David Beckham's Soccer USA' and is set to premiere next Wednesday on the Fox Soccer Channel.

Hollywood's biggest stars are throwing the Beckhams a "Welcome to America" bash, it was claimed today! A-list actors Tom Cruise and Will Smith with wives Katie Holmes and Jada Pinkett-Smith are planning the party for Sunday - the day after Becks was scheduled to make his Los Angeles Galaxy debut. They hope to introduce the British couple to some of Tinseltown's biggest names. A US source said: "Invitations went out all over Hollywood. They were printed on red velvet with tacky gold lettering." Who shall we guess was invited? John Travolta maybe, or perhaps Posh's new chum Perez Hilton?
