We've just heard that as well as being stopped for DUI, Lindsay was also driving with a suspended license and in possession of narcotics. Ha, ha, was she hiding it in her alcohol-detecting bracelet? Talk about up staging Paris Hilton Lohan! Lindsay is being held at the Santa Monica Police Station, where bail has been set for $25,000 USD. Mummy Lohan, whip out that wallet!

Barely legal Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for drunk driving AGAIN in Santa Monica. According to TMZ.com the incident took place early this morning and if true will be her second bust in less than a year. We knew that bracelet was checking for f**k all, so much for rehab and energy drinks! TMZ.com says that "according to wire reports, 21-year-old Lohan was nailed around 2:15 AM near Pico Boulevard and Main Street early Tuesday morning". Britney Spears caused quite a scene today in West Hollywood area by hitting up the MAC store on Robertson. She arrived wearing a brownish colored smock before changing into a bright green mini dress. Carrying her dog, Britney seemed happier with the media attention today, even though the crowds forming were the biggest ever. After shopping she then headed over to the gay bar 'Abbey' to have some lunch with her friend and her puppy. She then drove off for home, and she could be seen smoking from her car.
