When Lindsay Lohan appears in court to answer for her latest drunk driving arrest and possession of cocaine charge, she will be able to revisit the scene of the crime. The big red X is where she was arrested this morning in Santa Monica and the circled building is the Santa Monica Courthouse where she will be making her appearance before a judge. Will tourists and celebrity hunters flock to this DUI spot like they did to the tree and curb she hit after her first DUI?

Looks like OK! Magazine is going to run with the photos from that ill-fated photo-shoot with Britney Spears over the weekend according to a letter sent to TMZ from Editor-in-Chief Sarah Ivens .

"OK! Magazine spent a heartbreaking day with Britney Spears and witnessed first-hand an emotional cry for help that will leave you shocked and sad. This week, on newsstands Friday, the truth will be told."

It looks like the Britney Spears Express is picking up speed and headed toward a spectacular train wreck. She needs some serious help if she ever wants to regain control of her image. You'd think her previous failed attempt at image management, the awful Matt Lauer interview, and the ongoing Lindsay Lohan saga would knock some sense into her. I can't wait to see these pictures, props to OK! Magazine to sticking to their guns and running this photoshoot in full detail.

In the latest string of public meltdowns Britney Spears took her anger out on one of our larger than life paps, swearing like a sailor while he attempted to document the media frenzy. Splash videographer Roy Henderson was running alongside Britney's black Mercedes when she rolled down the window and shouted

"Hey, baby! When you gonna get on a diet? Have you ever tried weight watchers you fat f*ck?"

Undeterred, Roy battled the barbs continuing to film when Britney rolled her window down again and shouted:

"Yeah, Why don't you run? You need a f*cking job you p**sy. Yeah run. Run b*tch."

I go away for a few days and look what happens, Lindsay Lohan gets popped for another DUI only a week after she was released from rehab. I was going to rant about the sorry state of all these rehab centers and the supposed treatment all these celebrities were receiving at astronomical prices. In the end, the rehab centers have to make money too and there isn't in any money if they don't ever come back. But then I thought about it some more and realized that it's not entirely the centers fault for the rate of recidivisms amongst Hollywood celebrities. The staff and programs at places like Promises or Hollywood can only help so much, it's up to the celebrity to ultimately shelve their ego, their sense of entitlement and make the decision that they need help. It looks like Lohan has just been going through the motions, saying the right things and pretending to do the right thing. I was suspect of her ankle alcohol device from the beginning and from the way things turned out, Lohan is going to have a hard time making believers out of all of us. Is jail time the only thing that will wake Lindsay up? Maybe a trip to Eric Clapton's uber-tough rehab center will do the trick.

According to TMZ.com Lindsay Lohan "was stopped after cops got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan". Dude, was she street car racing? They added that she was "driving a white Denali. [and] was chasing a Cadillac Escalade." It's believed that Lindsay Lohan is now out of jail. As "Law enforcement sources say Lohan was cooperative in jail. We're told she was very upset. A law enforcement source at the Santa Monica jail tells TMZ she did just about everything we asked." TMZ.com have added Lohan "refused to submit to a PASD -- Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device. That's a chemical test administered in the field to determine blood alcohol levels. We're told cops did administer a walk-the-line test, and Lindsay flunked". TMZ also contacted a rep from the company that monitors the SCRAM bracelet who said, "I didn't even know she was arrested." Brilliantly funny!
