Dina Lohan spoke with The Insider today and hinted that her daughter may not be in rehab as previously thought.

"I am sick over this. My children, my family, we are like prisoners in our own home because paparazzi [are stalking us] outside [our] home. Lindsay is in a safe place. And we are trying to strategically work out our next step. We are doing everything in our power in support of Lindsay and I won't give up -- this is my daughter and we love her. We are waiting for the press frenzy to die down and leave her alone. And please respect our privacy."

I hope this "safe place" isn't at home with Dina because being in her care has obviously worked over the last three years and Lindsay would be safer if she were caged in a kennel and given supervised "walkies" twice a day. Next up in an attempt to let the press frenzy "die down" is her father,  Michael Lohan, who will be appearing on Larry King tonight.

...And taking an unborn child with her? Australian magazine NW claims that Britney Spears is telling close friends that she is pregnant but is unsure who the father is. She has been linked to several men since her split with Kevin Federline but the front runners for the barefoot and pregnant lottery seem to be body guard and manny Daimon Shippen and her former rehab councilor John Sundahl. Could pregnancy and hormones be behind Britney's most recent meltdown? Or is this just a load of bull?

Michael Lohan spoke with Splash this morning in New York City and candidly discussed his troubled daughter Lindsay Lohan. An 'overwhelmed' Michael talked about how he and Dina need to put the past behind them to help their daughter and that he is partly to blame for her downward spiral because of his past behavior. He honestly looks and sounds sincere. Lets hope that this is the first step in the right direction to getting Lindsay healthy. Video by Gavin Wilson

This morning we brought to your attention that rappers Lil' Wayne and Ja Rule were arrested criminal for possession of weapons and here are their perp walk photos as both stars were separately led into court. Ja Rule was pulled over for speeding and police found a .40 caliber handgun while Lil Wayne was busted for smoking marijuana and a search also turned up a .40 caliber handgun. Do you know what I find more surprising than two rappers busted for speeding, smooking weed and carrying unlicensed/unregistered handguns? That not only is Ja Rule still rapping but he has fans!
