Eva Longoria was only spotted yesterday afternoon gracing the highly priced and luxurious Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. Then a few hours later she was spotted back there again enjoying a night out with friends! Well, if you saw that link to the Chateau earlier, you can completely understand why.
Also seen leaving during the night was Gabrielle Union and Haylie Duff.

Lindsay Lohan's family insider, Gina Glickman, appeared in several televised U.S. interviews last night to put forward Lohan's side of the story. "Lindsay was strong-armed into taking a breathalyzer test. The family say the cocaine was not Lindsay's - she was wearing someone else's pants".
"Lindsay was having a get-together at her home, several people say she wasn't drinking, but at a certain point in the night, she fell off the wagon and did start drinking. Assistant Tarin walked into the house and looked disheveled with teary red eyes, Lindsay was concerned that something happened to her. There was some sort of altercation and Tarin either quit or Lindsay fired her. Tarin then left and Lindsay followed her."
On the car chase she added: "Possibly paparazzi may have alarmed the mother, not Lohan. Right now, we don't know who may have been chasing her. It could have been paparazzi. Dina got a call from Lindsay at about 5 a.m. and she was talking so fast Dina couldn't even understand what she was saying. She was just like, 'Mommy, mommy, mommy,' and very upset".
According to Glickman, Lohan's mum is now desperate to get her daughter into treatment in New York where the rest of her family live. "For the past two years, Dina's been trying to get Lindsay to leave L.A. and come to New York so she can be with all of her children. It would be best for Lindsay to come to New York, to be with her family right now, take some time off get into a rehab center and basically give herself a chance to be healthy. They say her life is at risk. Lindsay suffers an addiction. It's not about Lindsay's career right now. It's about saving her life.

Judge Judy says Lindsay Lohan is a menace to society! Right on Judy! The world's toughest television judge last night slammed the 'Mean Girls' actress for her second drunk driving arrest this year.
She called the star 'dumb' and 'arrogant' as she brought down her gavel on the troubled actress. "If you are dumb enough and arrogant enough or immature enough to place other people's lives in danger you have to be punished. Seriously, I'm not playing around. She is not the victim - the public is the victim because it is the public that is at risk.
"If the young community sees that we are more worried about Lindsay Lohan than we are about the people who have to dodge out of the way of her car, being driven erratically, that's not where our emphasis should be. When you place other people's lives at risk there are serious consequences. If you drive a car and we've taken away your privilege of driving a car then you have to go to jail. You don't have to go to jail forever but you have to go to jail until it hurts."
