Britney Spears' has found her self in a double whammy! Not only has she alleged that her son (not stated which) was hit last night during a Las Vegas brawl, but she could be in trouble for having her sons in Las Vegas in the first place!
The troubled former pop princess had been at the Wynn Hotel and Casino for less then 24-hours with her children when the fight broke out. A police spokesman said:
"Responding officers determined that a private security officer, later identified as Julio Camera, was escorting Britney Spears through the Wynn property when an altercation occurred between Mr Camera and a photographer who was attempting to take pictures of Ms. Spears.
It was alleged that during the altercation the photographer was battered by Mr. Camera. Detectives from the violent crimes section responded and, following their investigation, Mr Camera was issued a citation for misdemeanor battery. The photographer received minor abrasions during the incident.
A second Crime Report was also filed by Ms Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears' child, who was at that time being held by the security officer."
The fight could not have come at a worse time for Spears who was already under fire for her parenting and for taking her kids away to Sin City amid concerns from her family about her recent erratic behavior. The trip could cause the star problems in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Under California law, neither parent is allowed to take a child out of state without written permission from the other - or by obtaining a court order.

It was great to see Victoria Beckham mocking herself in her recent documentary saying "I can't be seen to eat in front of the media" - in response to Perez trying to get her to eat a cookie . So whats even greater to see is a big celebrity actually getting their own shopping in and not asking some 'people'.
But how long can Victoria keep it up? She had to get a police escort from the Whole Foods store in L.A after shopping for over two hours with her hairdresser. Will she get fed up with the constant attention? I'm sure it is fun now, but will it begin to grate on her, and will we suddenly see a huge Beckham entourage growing?
I hope not - I'm loving their wholesome family right now.

Sometimes it feels like Jennifer Lopez has been promoting her film 'El Cantante', for as long as Mishca Barton has been promoting her beloved Keds.
Looking pretty in a peachy pink number, Jen was joined by hubby Marc Anthony. They posed delightfully for the cameras but embarrassingly for Lopez her dress had slipped down to reveal her white lady lumps! I never knew that she was so pale underneath that tan!

Jennifer, what are you doing? How can you possibly drive like that? Garner was spotted leaving the Country Mart in Los Angeles and when she got into her car to drive away she covered her face with a book.
Perhaps she was being blinded by the sun, but I'm guessing it was more an attack of shyness as many people recognized her leaving the shopping center.

Aren't you lot lucky, two loved up pictures of couple Ashlee Simpson and tattooed boyfriend Pete Wentz in two days!
Both looked very coordinated in black and white and skinny fitting jeans as they grabbed a late luch at Urth Cafe in West Hollywood. Wentz was wearing a t-shirt saying 'Live Eat Sleep Party Die' - which seems to be the moto of Hollywood these days. Later they took a stroll back to Pete's parked car.
