I would question anyone who decided to jump on the Britney Spears bandwagon now. C'mon it's not like she has much going for her at the moment. Well let me spill the goss... Apparently Spears' former personal assistant has been fired within the space of just a month following Britney's disastrous photoshoot and interview with OK! magazine. It was alleged that Shannon Funk claims that Britney didn't get her to sign a confidentiality agreement and has since been offered $500,000 to dish th dirt on Britters. Now here's the thing, every picture I has of Funk - what a name - she seems to be at the forefront of every image and Britney seems to be the hired help rather than the "celeb". These are the full terms of Nicole Richie's prison sentence in a court minute order. As well as spending four days behind bars the judge in her case has issued a raft of other conditions that the 'Simple Life' star must abide for the duration of her three year probation term. According to the document, the judge in the case, Commissioner Steven K. Lubell, has given Richie until September 28 to serve her 96-hour prison sentence in a county or city jail. She must also pay a fine of $2,048. On top of the fine and sentence Richie will be also be required to enter into and 18-month multiple offender drink driving program, which she will have to complete successfully. The judge has also stated that when the star gets her license back she may not operate a motor vehicle with any measure of alcohol in her system.

Although I love the Nicole Ritchie's of this world (purely for admiration of their fashion accessories of course), I think it's about time that they get to experience what happens to real people when they break the law. However a 4 day prison sentence - which I might add has a check in whenever you like option, is not really living in the real world now is it?
