Ha ha for a second I thought this was one of David Arquette's wild attempts to escape the paps! It looks just like him, no? But alas it was just funny guy Adam Sandler filming scenes for his upcoming movie 'You don't mess with the Zolan'. While waiting on top of a car Adam had to avoid the New York City heat by holding an umbrella before racing down Park Avenue with his wacky hairdo. I wish I had been there to see it.
